摘  要:针对常规酸液穿透距离有限,以及交联酸体系交联时间短、初始黏度高导致管柱摩阻高和地面施工压力高等问题,通过研制温控交联剂,优选耐酸稠化剂、缓蚀剂、铁离子稳定剂、助排剂,开发了一套耐温可达150℃的温控交联酸体系,并进行了流变性能、缓速性能、滤失性能和破胶性能的分析评价。结果表明:该体系交联时间可控,并具有良好的抗剪切能力,150℃、170s^-1下剪切3h后黏度保持在70mPa·s以上;14h后溶蚀率达68.5%;滤失系数Cw=7.68×10^-4m/√min;胶囊和氧化破胶剂配合使用可实现2h破胶,破胶液黏度小于5mPa·s。此体系成功应用于塔河油田THX井6704.00m^7077.00m井段,同等排量下降阻效果明显优于滑溜水,完全能满足超深高温碳酸盐岩储层大规模酸压改造要求。In view of the limited penetration distance of conventional acid solution,the short crosslinking time of cross-linked acid system,high initial viscosity,high friction of column and high ground construction pressure,the development of temperature-controlled cross-linking agent,preferably acid-resistant thickener,corrosion inhibitor,iron ion stabilizer,cleanup additive,developed a temperature-controlled cross-linked acid system with temperature resistance up to 150 ℃ and analyzed the rheological properties,retardation performance,fluid loss performance and gel breaking performance evaluation. The results show that the crosslinking time of the system is controllable and has good shear resistance. The viscosity remains above 70 mPa·s after shearing for 3 h at 150 ℃ and 170 s^-1. The dissolution rate reaches 68.5 % after 14 h. Cw=7.68×10^-4m/√min.The capsule and the oxidative breaker can be used together to achieve 2 h gel breaking,and the viscosity of the gelling solution is less than 5 mPa·s. This system has been successfully applied to the well 6 704.00 m^7 077.00 m of the THX well in Tahe oilfield. The same displacement reduction resistance is obviously better than that of the slick water,which can fully meet the requirements of large-scale acid pressure transformation of ultra-deep high-temperature carbonate reservoirs.
