摘  要:肺炎支原体通过黏附细胞器实现在呼吸道的定植,导致社区获得性肺炎等疾病。黏附细胞器由表面结构和内部结构两部分组成。表面结构负责肺炎支原体与宿主细胞表面的结合,包括P1黏附素、P30黏附素、P40、P90。内部结构分为半透明区和核心结构,作用包括细胞器的形成、维持以及力的产生和传递。半透明区负责将碗状/轮状复合体产生的力传递至成对板。核心结构包括终端按钮、成对板和碗状/轮状复合体。终端按钮由HMW3和P65构成,确定肺炎支原体滑动方向。成对板由薄板、厚板组成,作为附着器形成的支架。薄板具备规律的六角形晶格排列,由HMW1和CpsG组成。厚板由HMW2构成。碗状/轮状复合体由P24、P41、P200、TopJ、Lon、MPN387组成,连接黏附细胞器和肺炎支原体的其余部分,负责力的产生或传递。本文就肺炎支原体黏附细胞器及其15个成分蛋白的结构与功能做一简要综述。Mycoplasma pneumoniae colonizes the respiratory tract by the attachment organelle,leading to community-acquired pneumonia and other diseases.The attachment organelle consists of two parts: the surface structure and the internal structure.The surface structure is responsible for the binding of M.pneumoniae to the host cell surface,including P1 adhesin,P30 adhesin,P40 and P90.The internal structure is divided into the translucent area and the internal core.Its function includes the formation and maintenance of the attachment organelle as well as the generation and transmission of force.The translucent area is responsible for transferring the force generated by the bowl / wheel complex to paired plates.The internal core consists of three parts: a terminal button,a pair of thin and thick plates,and a bowl/wheel complex.The terminal button consists of HMW3 and P65,determining the gliding direction of the M.pneumoniae.The paired plates consist of the thin plate and the thick plate,which act as scaffold of the attachment organelle.The thin plate features regular hexagonal lattice,composed of HMW1 and CpsG.The thick plate is made of HMW2.The bowl/wheel complex consists of P24,P41,P200,TopJ,Lon,and MPN387.It connects the attachment organelle with the rest of M.pneumoniae and is responsible for the generation or transmission of the force.This article systematically reviews the structure and function of the attachment organelles of M.pneumoniae.
