摘 要:[目的]调查重症监护室(ICU)护士心理弹性水平及其影响因素,探讨护理职业环境与心理弹性的相关性。[方法]采用便利抽样法选择江苏省9所三级综合性医院472名ICU护士作为调查对象,运用一般资料调查表、心理弹性量表及护理职业环境量表进行调查。[结果]472名ICU护士的心理弹性得分为(60.20±13.04)分,处于中等水平;其中年龄、工作年限、职称、职务、最高学历、聘用类型及每月平均夜班数对ICU护士心理弹性水平有影响(P<0.05);护理职业环境总分为(112.80±14.07)分(满分为156分);护理职业环境与心理弹性各维度之间均存在正相关(P<0.01)。[结论]ICU护士的心理弹性处于中等水平,对现处护理职业环境持认可态度,护理管理者应根据相应的影响因素制定干预措施,改善ICU护士的心理健康状况。Objective:To investigate the psychological resilience level of nurses in the intensive care unit (ICU) and its influencing factors,and to explore the correlation between nursing occupational environment and psychological resilience.Methods:A total of 472 ICU nurses from 9 third general hospitals in Jiangsu province were selected as the survey subjects by convenient sampling method.The General Information Questionnaire,Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC),and Practice Environment Scale (PES) were used for investigation.Results:The psychological resilience score of 472 ICU nurses was (60.20±13.042),which was at a medium level.Among them,the influence of age,title,position,highest education level,employment type and average night shift was statistically significant different on ICU nurses' psychological resilience (P <0.05);the total score of occupational environment was (112.8± 14.070)(out of 156 points);there was a positive correlation between nursing occupational environment and psychological resilience (P <0.01).Conclusions:The ICU nurses' psychological resilience was at a medium level,and they had a positive attitude towards the current nursing occupational environment.Nursing managers should formulate interventions according to the corresponding influencing factors to improve the mental health status of ICU nurses.
