摘 要:不确定度是与测量结果相关联的参数,表征了可以合理地赋予被测量的量值分散程度。根据标准GB11893-1989中总磷检测方法及实际操作过程,确定方法的不确定度来源,并对各不确定度分量进行分析评定。结果表示:标准样品浓度的准确性对实验结果有很大的影响,实验人员对标准溶液的体积移取准确性、分光光度计测定的准确性对实验结果的准确度均有一定的影响。因此根据分量的相对不确定度的大小来分析实验中影响结果的主要因素是很有必要的,能从一定程度上提高实验的准确性。Uncertainty is a parameter associated with the measurement that characterizes the degree to which the measured value can be reasonably dispersed. According to the standard GB11893-1989 total phosphorus detection method and actual operation process, the uncertainty sources of the method are determined, and the uncertainty components are analyzed and evaluated. The results show that the accuracy of the concentration of the standard sample has a great impact on the experimental result, the accuracy of standard solution volume removal and the accuracy of spectrophotometer measurement by operator have certain effects on the accuracy of experimental results. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the main factors influencing the results of the experiment according to the relative uncertainty of the components, which can improve the accuracy of the experiment to a certain extent.
