摘 要:从术语定义、适用范围、方法检出限和测定下限、试剂和材料、样品保存、试样制备六个方面对红外分光光度法测水中石油和动植物油新旧标准进行了比较论述,并对不同浓度标准物质的准确度和精密度实验进行了比较验证。结果表明水样中油类浓度在0.100mg/L以下时,以新标准中四氯乙烯为试剂配制的样品,其测定值的精密度和准确度均明显劣于四氯化碳;但当浓度大于0.100mg/L时,二者的准确度及精密度无明显差异,因此,在测定含油类浓度较高的生活污水和工业废水时,四氯乙烯作为萃取剂对四氯化碳有较好的取代性。This paper mainly discussed the new and old standards of petroleum oils and animal and vegetable oils in infrared water from six aspects: term definition, scope of application, method detection limit and lower limit of determination, reagents and materials, sample preservation and sample preparation. The accuracy and precision experiments of different concentrations of reference materials were compared and verified. The results showed that when the oil concentration in the water sample was below 0.100 mg/l, the precision and accuracy of the measured values of the samples prepared with the new standard tetrachloroethylene as reagents are significantly lower than those of carbon tetrachloride. However, when the concentration is greater than 0.100 mg/L, there is no significant difference in the accuracy and precision of the two. Therefore, in the determination of domestic sewage and industrial wastewater with high oil concentration, tetrachloroethylene as an extractant has a good substitution for carbon tetrachloride.
