摘  要:随着我国经济的快速发展,各地的环境也遭受到严峻的考验。人类对于大自然是索取型的,虽然不像以前那样无节制的索取,但还是会在索取的同时对环境造成破坏,像是南北极冰川的融化、亚马逊热带雨林的缩减,以及这两年极端变化的气候,都是环境被破坏的铁证。而我国,也逐渐开始有了这些发达国家的通病,各种环境事件环境问题开始一一凸显出来,开始进入突发性环境事件的高发期,目前还是处于高发、高危但可控的状态,我国已经在积极研究应急管理体系[1]。本文就将从突发性环境事件的层面叙述完善应急管理体系的相关内容和重要性。With the rapid development of China’s economy, the environment in various places has also been severely tested. Human beings are demand-seeking for nature. Although they are not as unrestrained as they used to be,they still cause damage to the environment while they are being requested, such as the melting of glaciers in the Arctic and the Arctic, the shrinking of the Amazon rainforest, and the extremes of these two years. The changing climate is a testament to the destruction of the environment. However, China has gradually begun to have common problems in these developed countries. The environmental problems of various environmental incidents have begun to emerge one by one, and they have begun to enter a period of high incidence of sudden environmental incidents. At present, they are still in a high-risk, high-risk but controllable state. The emergency management system has been actively studied[1].This paper will describe the relevant content and importance of the emergency management system from the perspective of sudden environmental incidents.
