肺癌患者放疗前焦虑情绪调查与影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查肺癌患者放疗前的焦虑情绪及相关影响因素。方法选取2017年9月至2018年12月在我院进行肺癌放疗的患者93例为研究对象,根据焦虑自评量表(SAS)调查两组患者心理现状,采用单因素和多因素logistic回归分析法对肺癌患者放疗前焦虑的相关影响因素进行分析。结果93例患者中,24例放疗前产生严重焦虑心理,检出率为25.81%。多因素logistic回归分析显示,性别、年龄、吸烟史、肺癌分期、合并慢性疾病、疼痛程度均是导致肺癌患者放疗前焦虑的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论性别、年龄、吸烟史、合并慢性疾病及疼痛程度均为导致肺癌患者放疗前焦虑的独立影响因素。因此,充分的了解和分析肺癌患者放疗前心理现状,为其制定个性化的心理干预和指导,能够有效提升患者的治疗依从性和治疗效果,缓解焦虑情绪。Objective To investigate the anxiety and related factors of patients with lung cancer before radiotherapy.Methods We selected 93 cases of patients with lung cancer radiotherapy in our hospital from September 2017 to December 2018.According to the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),the psychological status of the two groups was investigated.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression were used to analyze the related factors of anxiety in patients with lung cancer before radiotherapy.Results In 93 cases of patients,24 cases had severe anxiety before radiotherapy,and the detection rate was 25.81%.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the gender,age,smoking history,staging of lung cancer,combined chronic disease and degree of pain were all independent factors that caused anxiety in patients with lung cancer before radiotherapy(P<0.05).Conclusions Gender,age,smoking history,combined chronic disease and degree of pain were all independent factors that caused anxiety in patients with lung cancer before radiotherapy.Therefore,fully understand and analyze the psychological status of patients with lung cancer before radiotherapy,and develop personalized psychological intervention and guidance for them,which could effectively improve the patient's treatment compliance and treatment effects,and alleviate anxiety.
