摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌患者生活质量影响因素与护理对策。方法选取2017年12月至2018年12月我院收治的50例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,采用健康状况调查简表(SF-36)对生活质量进行调查,采用多因素logistic回归分析影响其生活质量的独立危险因素。结果多因素logistic回归分析显示,乳腺癌患者生活质量与焦虑、抑郁情绪有关(P<0.05),与年龄、职业、婚姻、教育程度及付费方式无关(P>0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者生活质量与焦虑、抑郁情绪有关,应针对性实施护理干预措施,以提高其生活质量。Objective To investigate the influencing factors of quality of life and nursing strategies in patients with breast cancer.Methods To select 50 cases of breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 as a study object.the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)was used to investigate the quality of life.Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the independent risk factors affecting their quality of life.Results Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the quality of life of breast cancer patients was related to anxiety and depression(P<0.05),and was not related to age,occupation,marriage,education level and payment method(P>0.05).Conclusion The quality of life of breast cancer patients was related to anxiety and depression.Nursing interventions should be implemented to improve their quality of life.
