摘　　要：目的探讨分阶段护理在硬膜外麻醉无痛分娩产妇中的应用效果。方法选择2018年10月至2019年2月我院收治的硬膜外麻醉无痛分娩产妇110例,随机将其等分成对照组与观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用分阶段护理,比较两组产妇的镇痛效果及产程耗时。结果观察组产妇的镇痛效果好于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产妇第一、二产程耗时短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论分阶段护理在硬膜外麻醉无痛分娩产妇中的应用,可有效提高镇痛效果,减少产程耗时。Objective To explore the application effect of staging nursing in painless delivery of maternal with epidural anesthesia.Methods To select 110 cases of maternal with epidural anesthesia undergoing painless delivery who admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to February 2019.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group used staging nursing.The analgesic effect and labor duration of maternal were compared between the two groups.Results The analgesic effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The first stage of labor duration and the second stage of labor duration in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of staging nursing in the painless delivery of maternal with epidural anesthesia could effectively improve the analgesic effect and reduce the labor time.
