高校学生党员思想政治建设联动机制构建浅析

摘　　要：高校不仅是新时代中国特色社会主义事业接班人的培养与输送基地,更担负着加强高校学生党员入党后的继续培养和管理,尤其是对离开高校、进入社会之前的学生党员进行思想政治建设的重要任务。思想建设工作很难用量化指标衡量,思想建设范围广、学生数量多,效果不是一朝一夕即可显现,唯有加大建设期间考核与评价的比重,让广大师生参与进来,做到全员参与、全员监督,才能保证高校学生党员思想联动机制的作用得到充分发挥。论文就高校学生党员思想政治建设联动机制进行了具体分析。Colleges and universities are not only the bases for training and transporting successor of the socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,but also shoulder the important task of strengthening the continuous cultivation and management of college student Party members after joining the Party,especially the ideological and political construction of student Party members before leaving colleges and universities and entering the society.It is difficult to measure ideological construction with quantitative indicators.The effect of ideological construction is not obvious overnight because of its wide scope and large number of students.Only by increasing the proportion of assessment and evaluation during the construction period,involving teachers and students,and full participation and full supervision can ensure that the role of the Party members'ideological linkage mechanism in colleges and universities is fully exerted.This paper makes a concrete analysis of the linkage mechanism of ideological and political construction of college student Party members.
