摘  要:AH7-9井在作业过程发现有油管及接箍纵向开裂,裂纹附近布满腐蚀坑,并导致部分管柱落井事故。为了查清原因,避免类似事故的发生,采取形貌分析,化学成分、力学性能、金相、抗硫性能复验、腐蚀产物等评价方法及分析手段,得出了开裂原因是硫化物腐蚀应力开裂,CO2、H2S共存加之Cl-含量高的腐蚀环境是造成开裂的主要原因。提出了管材选用及使用后管材处理建议,对类似工况条件下油井管材应用具有一定的借鉴意义。Ah7-9 has been found to have a pipeline and a longitudinal crack in the process,and it's riddled with corrosion pit in the area,and it causes some of the quetubing to be in the well.In order to find out the reason,Avoid similar accidents,It analyze that characteristics of chemical composition,mechanical property,metallography,anti-sulfur performance and corrosion products,The reason of cracking is sulfide corrosion stress cracking,The main reason of cracking is the coexistence of CO2 and H2S and the corrosion environment with high Cl-content.It put forward that proposal for selection of pipe material and treatment of pipe material after use,For similar conditions under the condition of oil well tubing application has a certain reference significance.
