摘  要:管道漏磁内检测是一种有效的识别管道缺陷的手段。在一些特殊的地貌下,由于管道里程和地面里程相差较大,以管道里程在地表拉尺测量定位缺陷位置会产生较大误差。本文运用管线定位和GIS数据绘制出管道地表路由和管道实际路由,通过同步两个里程、对目标管段进行缺陷测量等方法,提高管道内检测缺陷定位的精度。为管道修复、更换工作提供了准确的定位依据,提高工程效率。The magnetic flux leakage in-line inspection of pipelines is an effective method to identify pipelines defects.In some special features,because the distance between the pipeline mileage and the ground mileage is different,according to the pipeline mileage data measure the distance on the ground will lead to greater errors for positioning the location of defects.In this paper,pipeline location and GIS data are used to draw the pipeline surface routing and pipeline actual routing,by synchronizing two mileage,measuring defects in the target pipe section and so on will improve the accuracy of detection of defect location in the pipeline.It provides accurate positioning basis for pipeline repair and replacement,and improves engineering efficiency.
