摘 要:针对中性浮力水槽淡水环境中金属设备出现的腐蚀问题,理论研究了水质成分对金属设备可能造成腐蚀的原理和机理。通过实际工程监测数据,归纳分析了水下金属设备腐蚀的几种典型情况和实际原因,对水下设备腐蚀期间可能造成金属腐蚀的水中部分离子成分变化趋势进行了探讨,认为试验期间水下设备腐蚀的主要原因在于设计与选材、制造工艺以及防护措施上。考虑中性浮力水槽水质基准要求、水下设备特殊要求以及长期试验需求,从材料选型、结构设计、加工工艺以及电化学保护法等方面提出了水下金属设备研制加工的防腐蚀措施。In order to solve the problem of corrosion of underwater equipment in the freshwater environment of neutral buoyancy tank,the principle and mechanism of possible corrosion of metal equipment caused by water quality components are studied theoretically.Several typical corrosion cases and actual reasons of corrosion of underwater metal equipment are summarized and analyzed by monitoring data of actual engineering.It is concluded that the main reason of corrosion of underwater equipment during the experiment lies in the design and selection of materials,manufacturing techniques and protective measures.The variation trend of some ions components in water that may cause metal corrosion during corrosion of underwater equipment is discussed.Considering the water quality standard requirements of neutral buoyancy tank,special requirements of underwater equipment and long-term experimental requirements,the Corrosion prevention measures for the development and processing of underwater metal equipment are put forward from the aspects of material selection,configuration design,processing technology and electrochemical protection law.
