以人民为中心思想的动力、战略与实现方式

摘　　要：以人民为中心是全面建成小康社会、实现共同富裕的重要指导思想。从现实动力、战略及实现方式三个方面对以人民为中心的思想进行详细分析。其中,现实动力方面包括:提高人民生活水平,打赢扶贫攻坚战、加快共同富裕步伐,全面建成小康社会、强化精神文明建设,树立文化自信;战略方面包括:维护人民主体地位不受侵犯、全心全意为人民服务不动摇、保证人民当家作主;实现方式方面包括:重视人民的主体性、以改革促发展、全面贯彻落实新的发展理念。People-centered ideology is an important guiding ideology for building a well-off society in an all-round way and achieving common prosperity. This paper makes a detailed analysis of people-centered ideology from the three aspects: realistic dynamics, strategies and implementation ways. Among them, the realistic dynamics include: improving people’s living standards, winning the fight against poverty, speeding up the pace of common prosperity, building a well-off society in an all-round way, strengthening spiritual civilization, and building cultural self-confidence;the strategies include: safeguarding the people’s subjective status from infringement, serving the people wholeheartedly and unwaveringly, guaranteeing the people’s being the masters of the country;the implementation ways include: attaching importance to the people’s subjectivity, promoting development through reform, and fully implementing the new development concept.
