研究口服降糖药联合长效胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效与安全性

摘　　要：目的研究口服降糖药联合长效胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效及安全性。方法 82例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各41例。对照组口服降糖药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合使用甘精胰岛素皮下注射治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、体质量指数分别为(7.60±0.51)mmol/L、(10.63±0.21)mmol/L、(7.31±1.21)%、(27.33±2.27)kg/m2,均低于对照组的(8.03±0.81)mmol/L、(11.05±1.20)mmol/L、(7.85±0.40)%、(29.15±2.75)kg/m2,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组发生低血糖1例(2.44%),明显少于对照组的6例(14.63%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口服降糖药联合长效胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病,可维持患者血糖稳定并预防低血糖发生。Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of oral hypoglycemic drugs combined with long-acting insulin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 82 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus as study subjects were divided by random number table method into control group and research group, with 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oral hypoglycemic drugs, and the research group was treated with subcutaneous injection of insulin glargine on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect in two groups was compared. Results The research group had fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin and body mass index respectively as (7.60±0.51) mmol/L,(10.63±0.21) mmol/L,(7.31±1.21)% and (27.33±2.27) kg/m 2 than (8.03±0.81) mmol/L,(11.05±1.20) mmol/L,(7.85± 0.40)% and (29.15±2.75) kg/m 2 in the control group. Their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The research group had 1 case (2.44%) of hypoglycemia, which was obviously less than 6 cases(14.63%) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Oral hypoglycemic drugs combined with long-acting insulin can maintain blood glucose stability and prevent the occurrence of hypoglycemia of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
