加快洞庭湖区产业综合开发利用的思考——以芦苇产业为例

摘　　要：目前洞庭湖区芦苇产业面临芦苇生产企业的经济效益持续下降,芦苇产业退出的矛盾增多,芦苇养护活动面临诸多困难,芦苇多元利用研究不足等突出问题。建议加大对芦苇发电的财政补贴,加强对芦苇产业开发项目的技术支持,加快推进芦笋精深加工和原生态旅游拓展和延伸产业链,加快实施芦苇产业相关产品品牌战略。At present,the economic benefits of reed production enterprises in the Dongting Lake area are facing a continuous decline,the contradiction of the reed industry withdrawal is increasing,the reed conservation activities are facing many difficulties,and the reed multi-utilization research is insufficient.It is recommended to increase financial subsidies for reed power generation,strengthen technical support for the Lusheng industrial development project, accelerate the deep processing of asparagus and the expansion of the original eco-tourism and extend the industrial chain,and accelerate the implementation of the brand strategy of reed industry-related products.
