摘　　要：目的分析静吸复合麻醉与全凭静脉麻醉在老年妇科腹腔镜手术麻醉中的应用效果。方法选取该院2017年2月—2019年1月收治的97例老年妇科腹腔镜手术患者为研究对象,以麻醉方式为依据,分为两组,对照组行静吸复合麻醉,观察组行全凭静脉麻醉,对比两组不同时间点的血流动力学指标变化情况、麻醉起效时间、患者睁眼时间、拔管时间。结果观察组麻醉起效时间为(1.62±0.22)min,短于对照组的(4.29±1.05)min,睁眼时间为(8.15±2.12)min,短于对照组的(19.96±4.15)min,拔管时间为(15.02±1.28)min,短于对照组的(25.69±6.38)min,差异有统计学意义(t=17.249、20.134、5.126,P<0.05)。结论全凭静脉麻醉在老年妇科腹腔镜手术麻醉中的应用效果优于静吸复合麻醉,起效快,对血流动力学产生的影响小。Objective To analyze the effect of intravenous anesthesia combined with total intravenous anesthesia in gynecological laparoscopic anesthesia.Methods A total of 97 elderly gynecological laparoscopic patients admitted to the hospital from February 2017 to January 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into two groups based on anesthesia.The control group underwent intravenous inhalation combined with anesthesia.By intravenous anesthesia,the changes of hemodynamic parameters,the onset time of anesthesia,the time of blinking,and the time of extubation were compared between the two groups at different time points.Results The onset time of anesthesia in the observation group was(1.62±0.22)min,which was shorter than that of the control group(4.29±1.05)min,and the blink time was(8.15±2.12)min,which was shorter than that of the control group(19.96±4.15)min.The extubation time was(15.02±1.28)min,which was shorter than that of the control group(25.69±6.38)min,and the difference was statistically significant(t=17.249,20.134,5.126,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of total intravenous anesthesia in gynecological laparoscopic anesthesia is better than that of intravenous inhalation anesthesia.It has a fast onset and has little effect on hemodynamics.
