静脉丙球联合布地奈德治疗新生儿肺炎临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究新生儿肺炎采取丙种球蛋白静脉注射联合布地奈德治疗的临床应用价值。方法该次选择2016年1月—2019年1月该院收治新生儿肺炎患儿60例为研究对象,根据入院先后顺序分为观察组与对照组,对照组患儿单纯以布地奈德治疗,观察组患儿在此基础上联合静脉泵注丙种球蛋白,比较治疗效果,统计两组患儿血常规、血气恢复时间及住院总时间差异,检测并对比两组患儿治疗前后血清免疫相关指标。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,血常规恢复正常时间(3.25±0.21)d、血气恢复时间(4.48±1.13)d、住院总时间(10.93±0.13)d均明显短于对照组(t=7.06、8.11、7.24,P<0.05)。两组患儿未治疗前血清免疫各项指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经治疗后,各免疫指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论新生儿肺炎采取静脉丙球联合布地奈德效果更佳,值得临床应用推广。Objective To investigate the clinical value of intravenous injection of gamma globulin combined with budesonide in neonatal pneumonia.Methods From January 2016 to January 2019,60 children with neonatal pneumonia were enrolled in the hospital.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission.The control group was treated with budesonide alone.On the basis of this,the children in the observation group were combined with intravenous gamma globulin to compare the therapeutic effects.The differences of blood routine,blood gas recovery time and total hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.The serum immune related indexes before and after treatment were compared and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The normal blood recovery time(3.25±0.21)d,blood gas recovery time(4.48±1.13)d,total hospitalization time(10.93±0.13)d were significantly shorter than the control group(t=7.06,8.11,7.24,P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in serum immunization indexes between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,each immune index was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Neonatal pneumonia is better than intravenous budesonide and is worthy of clinical application.
