体外冲击波联合红外偏振光治疗梨状肌综合征的临床探析

摘　　要：目的观察体外冲击波联合偏振光治疗梨状肌综合征的临床疗效。方法选取该院2017年4月—2018年4月该院收治的60例梨状肌综合征患者,随机分为观察组(O组)和对照组(C组)(n=30),O组采用体外冲击波和偏振光照射联合治疗,C组仅采用冲击波治疗,记录并比较两组患者治疗前和治疗后的视觉模拟评分(visualanaloguescale,VAS)。结果两组患者治疗后VAS均显著下降,与C组相比,O组在治疗后的1周、2周、3周、4周VAS下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(t=12.521、3.205、2.873、2.569,P<0.05),O组治疗有效率93.3%高于C组70.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.455,P<0.05)。结论体外冲击波联合偏振光照射是治疗梨状肌综合征的较有效方法,疗效优于单纯冲击波治疗。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of extracorporeal shock wave combined with polarized light in the treatment of piriformis syndrome.Methods Sixty patients with piriformis syndrome admitted to the hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were randomly divided into observation group(O group)and control group(C group)(n=30).Group O with combination of extracorporeal shock wave and polarized light irradiation was used.Group C only used shock wave therapy.The visual analogue scale(VAS)of the two groups before and after treatment was recorded and compared.Results The VAS of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment.Compared with the C group,the VAS decreased significantly in the O group at 1 week,2 weeks,3 weeks,and 4 weeks after treatment and the difference was statistically significant(t=12.521,3.205,2.873,2.569,P<0.05),the effective rate of treatment in group O was 93.3%higher than that in group C 70.0%,and there wasstatistically significant difference(χ^2=5.455,P<0.05).Conclusion Extracorporeal shock wave combined with polarized light irradiation is a more effective method for the treatment of piriformis syndrome,and its curative effect is better than that of shock wave alone.
