氯氮平联合帕利哌酮治疗难治精神分裂症效果

摘　　要：目的研析帕利哌酮联合氯氮平医治难治性精神分裂症的疗效与安全性。方法择取2017年9月—2018年12月本院收取的78例难治性精神分裂症病患资料,39例采取帕利哌酮联合氯氮平医治(研究组),39例采取氯氮平医治(对照组),比对两组PANSS评分和副反应状况。结果治疗后,研究组的精神病理评分(20.20±4.41)分、阴性症状评分(20.29±5.11)分和阳性症状评分(12.01±4.78)分均优于对照组,且研究组的总分PANSS评分(57.32±9.11)分显著优于对照组的(65.90±8.73)分,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而研究组失眠、肠胃道反应、视线模糊、嗜睡、便秘等副反应5例(12.82%),对照组为4例(10.26%),两组副反应发生率比对无统计意义(P>0.05)。结论难治性精神分裂病患采取帕利哌酮联合氯氮平医治可改善阳性、精神病理及阴性症状,且副反应轻微,具临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of paliperidone combined with clozapine in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia. Methods The data of 78 patients with refractory schizophrenia collected from the hospital from September 2017 to February 2018,were treated with paliperidone combined with clozapine (study group),and 39 patients were treated with chlordiazepine.Ping treatment (control group),comparing the PANSS score and side reaction status of the two groups.Results After treatment,the psychopathological scores (20.20±4.41),negative symptom scores (20.29±5.11) and positive symptom scores (12.01±4.78) were better than the control group,and the total score of the study group was PNASS.(57.32±9.11) was significantly better than the control group (65.90±8.73),the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);and the study group insomnia,gastrointestinal reactions,blurred vision,lethargy, constipation and other side effects 5 (12.82%),the control group was 4 (10.26%),and the incidence of side effects was not statistically significant (P > 0.05).Conclusion Treatment with paliperidone combined with clozapine in patients with refractory schizophrenia can improve positive, psychopathological and negative symptoms with mild side effects and clinical value.
