摘  要:近年来伴随消费者消费水平和质量安全意识的不断提升,消费者在选择果蔬时越来越注重其产品质量。果蔬产品的鲜活性、时效性等特性导致其相比其他产品而言更容易产生质量安全问题,因此做好果蔬质量安全监控就显得尤为重要。本文从果蔬质量安全机理剖析入手,分析了影响果蔬质量安全的因素,最后构建了果蔬质量安全监控体系。In recent years, with the improvement of consumers' consumption level and quality and safety awareness, consumers pay more and more attention to the quality of fruits and vegetables. The freshness activity, timeliness and other characteristics of fruit and vegetable products lead to quality and safety problems more easily than other products, so it is particularly important to do a good job in quality and safety monitoring of fruits and vegetables. This paper starts from the mechanism analysis of fruit and vegetable quality safety, analyzes the factors affecting the quality safety of fruit and vegetable, and finally constructs the quality safety monitoring system of fruit and vegetable.
