摘　　要：介绍了一起220kV电容式电压互感器介损偏大的缺陷。通过油化验并结合解体检查,发现对膨胀器起遮盖防护作用的纸板未在安装前及时取出,最终导致了缺陷的产生。对缺陷形成过程的分析,为今后电压互感器的运行维护提供了参考。The paper introduces the 220 kV capacitive voltage transformer with the defect of excessive dielectric loss, through the oil test and disassembly inspection, it is found that cardboard which is to cover and protect expander is not timely removed before installation, and the defect is eventually caused. After the analysis of process of defect formation, reasonable Suggestions are put forward for the operation & maintenance of voltage transformer in the future.
