摘  要:爆炸的效果测试评价研究是杀伤型武器的研究重要内容之一。在爆炸的强震动、强电磁干扰、高温、高压等极端恶劣环境下,近距离测试评价对系统要求极为苛刻且往往不佳。为解决这些问题,文中设计了基于InGaAs-APD的爆炸起爆远距离探测系统,经测试表明,设计系统实现了爆炸起爆远距离的探测,显示探测结果和爆炸时间。具有响应快、灵敏度强、稳定性强、智能化和易于扩展等优点。设计系统也可适用于对微弱信号探测、高速光通信等领域。The test and evaluation of explosive effect is one of the important contents of the research on lethal weapons.In the extremely harsh environment of strong vibration,strong electromagnetic interfe-rence,high temperature and high pressure of explosion,the close-range test and evaluation requires the system to meet extremely demanding and often not good.In order to solve these problems,a long-distance detection system of explosion initiation based on InGaAs-APD is designed.The test results show that the system realizes the long-distance detection of explosion initiation,and displays the detection results and explosion time.It has advantages of fast response,high sensitivity,high stability,intelligence and easy expansion.The design system can also be applied to weak signal detection,high-speed optical communication and other fields.
