28%虫螨·虫酰肼悬浮剂的高效液相色谱分析

摘　　要：采用AgilentC18柱和紫外检测器,以甲醇+水为流动相,测定试样中虫螨腈和虫酰肼有效成分质量分数。结果表明,虫螨腈和虫酰肼的线性相关系数分别为0.9995和0.9992,标准偏差分别为0.023、0.020,变异系数分别为0.29%、0.10%,平均回收率分别为99.4%和99.2%。该方法准确度和精密度较高,适用于虫螨腈和虫酰肼的分析检测。The samples was analyzed with Agilent C18 column and UV detector and with the mixture of methanol and water as mobile phase.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients for chlorfenapyr and tebufenozide were 0.999 5 and 0.999 2, the standard deviations were 0.023 and 0.020, the variation coefficients were 0.29% and 0.10%, the averagere coveryrates were 99.4% and 99.2%. The method was asuitable analysis method with high precision and accuracy for the analysis of chlorfenapyr and tebufenozide.
