摘　　要：在全民消防的背景下,结合互联网普及率高、移动终端使用广泛的社会现状,以消防部门灭火救援工作为例,将“互联网+”模式与消防灭火救援工作相联系,从“全民救援”对接报警工作、出警途中救援工作、救援决策及经验总结工作以及后续火灾事故原因调查工作的促进作用方面,探讨了基于“互联网+”的全民消防灭火救援机制构建的必要性、可行性和方法,并对该机制的运行过程及主要作用进行了阐述。基于“互联网+”的全民消防灭火救援机制及工作模式也可以推广至其他应急救援工作中。In the context of nationwide fire prevention,the high social penetration of the Internet and the widespread use of mobile terminals,this paper takes the fire fighting and rescue work of the fire department as an example,and links the“Internet+”mode to the fire fighting and rescue work.From various perspectives as the“national rescue” to the role of the alarm work,rescuework on the way out,resue decision-making,experience summary and the investigation of the causes of subsequent fire accidents,the paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of the“Internet+” national fire fighting and rescue mechanism construction.The paper also expounds the operation process and main functions of the mechanism.The“Internet+”all-people fire fighting and rescue mechanism and working mode can also be extended to other emergency rescue work.
