摘  要:文章主要针对高精度轴承外圈内滚道加工精度和加工效率低下、加工品质的一致性难以保证等问题,将ELID精密磨削技术应用于多主轴转台式磨床中,设计出一台高精度轴承套圈滚道ELID精密磨削专用磨床。该机床能够自动上下料,在一次装卡中实现对高精度轴承外圈内滚道的半精加工及精加工,并进行在位检测,从而保证工件的尺寸、形状精度、表面加工品质及一致性。详细说明了机床的设计理念、结构分布及轴承套圈滚道ELID磨削过程。Aiming at the problems of low processing precision,low processing efficiency and difficult to guarantee the consistency of the inner raceway of high precision bearing outer ring,this paper designs a special ELID precision grinding machine tool by combining ELID precision grinding technology with the structure design of multi-spindle rotary table grinder.The machine can automatically load and unload materials,realize semi-finishing and finishing of the inner raceway of the outer ring of high-precision bearing in one loading,and carry out in-situ detection,thus ensuring the dimensional accuracy,shape accuracy and surface quality of the parts.This paper mainly introduces the design idea,structure and ELID grinding process of bearing ring raceway.
