摘　　要：针对平面金属薄板饰件精加工智能产线,从饰件材料、结构和功能等特点分析出发,设计产线加工工艺流程和自动化工艺流程。通过打样评估以及与设备商和客户深入交流,进一步优化产线制造工艺,获得客户满意度,完成智能产线工艺设计。For the smart production line of finishing flat metal sheet decoration,the fabricationand automation process of the production line are designed based on the analysis of the material,structure and function of the decoration.According to sample proofing,and in-depth exchanges with the equipment vendors and customer,the manufacturing process is optimized further.At last,the customer is satisfied,and the process design of smart production is completed perfectly.
