摘　　要：目的:采用2种不同的手术方式对老年股骨粗隆间骨折进行治疗并观察临床效果。方法:随机选取自2015年3月~2019年3月来某院收治的80例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者,平均分成两组,每组40例。对照组采用近端锁定钢板固定,试验组采用PFNA内固定术进行治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组术中出血量、手术时间、骨折愈合时间、完全负重时间等指标明显优于对照组,且术后试验组患者的髋关节功能优良率(90.00%)明显高于对照组(72.50%)。结论:PFNA内固定术较近端锁定钢板固定而言,手术微创、时间短,提高了骨折的愈合率,疗效更明显,值得进一步推广使用。Objective:To treat the senile intertrochanteric fractures with two different surgical methods and observe the clinical effects. Methods:80 patients with senile intertrochanteric fractures admitted to a hospital from March 2015 to March 2019 were randomly selected and divided into two groups,40 in each group. The control group was fixed with a proximal locking plate. The experimental group was treated with PFNA internal fixation. Compare the effects of the two groups. Results:In the experimental group,the intraoperative blood loss,operation time,fracture healing time,and complete weight-bearing time were significantly better than the control group,and the excellent rate of hip function in the experimental group(90.00%) was significantly higher than the control group(72.50%). Conclusion:Compared with the proximal locking plate fixation,PFNA internal fixation is minimally invasive and short in time,which improves the healing rate of the fracture. The curative effect is more obvious and it is worth further promotion.
