摘  要:目的:探讨白背叶根提取物的急性毒性及抗炎作用。方法:选取昆明种小鼠50只,雄雌各一半,根据给药情况分为给药组(研究组)与生理盐水组(对照组),分析白背叶根提取物给药前后小鼠体重变化情况、白背叶根提取物对二甲苯导致小鼠耳廓肿胀的影响。结果:给药后小鼠的行动略微缓慢,但是在1h后恢复正常。通过15d的观察,研究组小鼠大小便、饮水、进食正常,与对照组相比,体重无明显差异(P>0.05);与空白对照组相比,白背叶根提取物中、高剂量可以显著降低二甲苯导致小鼠耳廓肿胀程度(P<0.05);地塞米松也可以显著降低二甲苯导致小鼠耳廓肿胀程度(P<0.05)。结论:白背叶根提取物急性毒性较低,可以发挥较好的抗炎效果,应该在临床上多加广泛推广与应用。Objective:To investigate the acute toxicity and anti-inflammatory effect of mallotus apelta root extract. Methods:50 Kunming mice,half male and half female,were selected and divided into the administration group(study group) and the normal saline group(control group) according to the administration situation. The changes of body weight of mice before and after administration of mallotus apelta root extract were analyzed,and the effect of mallotus apelta root extract on auricle swelling induced by xylene in mice was analyzed. Results:The mice moved slightly slowly after administration,but returned to normal after 1 hour. After 15 days of observation,the mice in the study group had normal stool,drinking water and eating,and there was no significant difference in body weight between the study group and the control group(P>0.05);Compared with the control group,high dose of mallotus apelta root extract could significantly reduce the degree of auricle swelling induced by xylene in mice(P<0.05);The dexamethasone could also significantly decrease the degree of auricle swelling induced by xylene in mice(P<0.05). Conclusion:The acute toxicity of mallotus apelta root extract is low and can play a good anti-inflammatory effect. It should be widely popularized and applied in clinic.
