宁泌泰联合盐酸氨溴索治疗精液不液化的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的本研究旨在探讨宁泌泰联合盐酸氨溴索治疗精液不液化患者的临床疗效。方法选择2016年5月-2017年5月本院收治的精液不液化患者为研究对象,采用单盲随机数组表法按患者就诊顺序随机分为盐酸氨溴索组(n=33)、宁泌泰组(n=31)、联合用药组(n=33)。三组患者就诊后给予对症治疗,盐酸氨溴索组用法为一次1片,每天三次;宁泌泰组用法为一次3粒,每天三次;联合用药组为两药同服,用法同上。服药后1月、2月、3月分别采集精液标本进行检查,比较各治疗时间段精液液化情况。结果与治疗前相比,三组患者在治疗3月后精液液化时间均缩短,均有差异(P<0.001);联合用药组患者精液液化时间较盐酸氨溴索组和宁泌泰组缩短(P<0.001)。结论宁泌泰联合盐酸氨溴索对精液不液化患者的疗效确切,能够缩短精液液化时间,具有临床推广价值。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Ningmitai combined with ambroxol hydrochloride in treatment of patients with semen non-liquefied. Methods Patients with semen non-liquefied received by our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were enrolled in the study. The single-blind random array method was used to randomly divide the patients into the ambroxol hydrochloride group ( n =33), Ningmitai group ( n =31) and the combination group ( n =33). The ambroxol hydrochloride group was taken 1 tablet a time, three times a day;the Ningbitai group was taken 3 tablets a time, three times a day;the combination group was taken with two drugs, the usage was the same as above. Semen samples were collected for examination in 1 month, 2 months and 3 months after treatment. Results Compared with before treatment, the semen liquefaction time of the three groups was shortened after treatment for 3 months ( P <0.001). The semen liquefaction time of the combination group was shorter than ambroxol hydrochloride and Ningmitai group with difference ( P <0.001). Conclusion Ningmitai combined with ambroxol hydrochloride is effective in the treatment of patients with semen non-liquefied, which may shorten the semen liquefaction time and has the value of clinical promotion.
