摘 要:为了探讨薄膜加热老化试验(TFOT)与旋转薄膜加热老化试验(RTFOT)在模拟沥青短期老化过程中的适用性,选择2种不同油源的基质沥青与3种不同掺量的SBS改性沥青、3种不同掺量橡胶粉改性沥青进行试验,比较了老化前后沥青针入度、软化点、延度、动力黏度的变化趋势,并采用红外光谱法揭示特征官能团的演变规律,分析了2种方法对不同类型及改性剂掺量的沥青老化效果差异,以此评价2种方法对沥青老化的适用性.In order to investigate the applicability of the Thin Film Oven Test (TFOT) and the Rotating Thin Film Oven Test (RTFOT) in simulating the short-term aging process of asphalt, two kinds of matrix asphalt with different oil sources and six types of modified asphalt were selected for the tests. The trends of penetration, softening point, ductility and dynamic viscosity of asphalt before and after aging were compared. The evolution of characteristic functional groups was revealed by infrared spectroscopy. The difference of TFOT and RTFOT in their aging effects on asphalt with different types and content of modifiers was analyzed, and the applicability of those two methods was evaluated.
