摘  要:为了研究集料的测量与评价问题,阐释了集料图像测量系统(AIMSⅡ)设备的工作原理,研究了集料3个形态特征分量,即形状、棱角和表面纹理的评价指标;测量并分析了3种标准形状物体(球体、标准多边体1、标准多边体2)的形态特征。结果表明:集料图像测量系统(AIMSⅡ)的测量结果与物体实际情况相吻合,采用该系统评价集料的形状、棱角和表面纹理均有一定的合理性。In order to study the measurement and evaluation of aggregate, the working principle of the Aggregate Image Measurement System (AIMSⅡ) was explained, and the three evaluation indicators for morphological components of the aggregate, namely the shape, the angularity and the surface texture, were studied. The morphological characteristics of three standard shaped objects (sphere, standard polygon 1, standard polygon 2) were measured and analyzed. The results show that the measurement results of the AIMSⅡ are consistent with the actual situations of the objects. It is reasonable to use the system to evaluate the shape, angularity and surface texture of the aggregate.
