摘 要:目的研究4种杀虫剂对广椎猎蝽的实验室杀灭效果。方法在住宅区附近锥蝽集中的栖息场所采集锥蝽成虫和高龄幼虫,对收集的锥蝽进行形态学鉴定,锥蝽线粒体细胞色素b(Cytb)基因的扩增、测序和NCBI比对分析,确定锥蝽的种类。采用4种常用卫生杀虫剂的常规使用剂量按GB/T13917.1-2009进行室内药效测定杀灭效果。结果锥蝽经形态学鉴定为广椎猎蝽;锥蝽的Cytb基因经NCBI数据库比对表明与广椎猎蝽的同源相似性最高,证实捕获的锥蝽种类为广椎猎蝽。4种杀虫剂的使用剂量为高效氟氯氰菊酯25mgai/m^2、高效氯氟氰菊酯25mgai/m^2、溴氰菊酯15mgai/m^2和残杀威1.0gai/m^2,对广椎猎蝽的室内药效KT50分别为13.43、14.50、15.18和17.73min,24h死亡率均为100%。结论4种杀虫剂的常用剂量在实验室条件下对广椎猎蝽均有较好的杀灭作用。Objective To study the laboratory killing effect of four insecticides on Triatoma rubrofasciata. Methods The blood-sucking triatomines were collected from the near place of residential areas and identified with morphology, and the cytochrome b gene ( Cytb ) was amplified,sequencing and blast in NCBI to confirm the species. The laboratory killing efficacy of four insecticides was measured according to GB/T 13917. 1-2009. Results The morphological identification indicated that the species of Triatoma was Triatoma rubrofasciata,whose sequence of Cytb were most similar with T. rubrofasciata in NCBI,confirming the collected Triatoma species as T. rubrofasciata. The β-Cyfluthrin, lambda-cyhalothrin,deltamethrin and propoxur were tested the KT50 s with the dose of 25 mg ai /m^2, 25 mg ai /m^2 ,15 mg ai /m^2 and 1. 0 g ai /m^2 respectively. The KT50 s of the four insecticides were 13. 43, 14. 50, 15. 18 and 17. 73 min,and all the T. rubrofasciata were killed within 24 hours. Conclusion All the four insecticides can kill T. rubrofasciata well under laboratory conditions.
