摘　　要：目的为进一步明确留兰香油、百里香油、八角叶油、八角茴香油、香叶油对淡色库蚊的生物活性。方法采用药液浸养法、“Y”型嗅觉仪器法、密闭三角熏蒸法测定了5种植物精油对淡色库蚊Ⅲ龄幼虫及雌性成蚊的生物活性。结果药液浸养法在80mg/L浓度下八角茴香油与八角叶油对淡色库蚊Ⅲ龄幼虫的毒杀效果较强,24h的死亡率分别为(95.13±4.19)%和(93.82±2.53)%;“Y”型嗅觉仪器法在0.5μl供试剂量时八角茴香油对淡色库蚊雌性成蚊具有较好的驱避效果,5min时驱避率为(89.5±1.5)%,20min时为(66.7±4.2)%;密闭三角熏蒸法在12μl/L浓度时八角叶油与八角茴香油对淡色库蚊雌性成蚊具有较强的熏蒸击倒活性,八角叶油的KT50为5.57min,八角茴香油KT50为5.66min。结论八角茴香油与八角叶油对淡色库蚊幼虫及雌性成虫均表现较好的生物活性,具备进一步产业化研发应用的潜力。Objective To clarify the bioactivity of Spearmint oil,Thyme oil,Star anise leaf oil,Star areice oil and Geranium oil on Culex pipiens pallens. Methods The bioactivities of the five plant essential oils against the 3rd instar larvae and female adult Culex pipiens pallens were measured by liquid soaking method,"Y"- shaped olfactory instrument method and closed triangle fumigation method. Results Star anise oil and Star anise leaf oil showed strong toxicity against the 3rd instar larvae of Culex pipiens pallens when the liquid soaking method with the concentration of 80 mg /L. The death rates of mosquito larvae were ( 95. 13 ± 4. 19)% and ( 93. 82 ± 2. 53)% twenty four hours later. Star anise oil held better repellent effect on female adults of Culex pipiens pallens when tested with the"Y"- shaped olfactory instrumentat the dose of 0. 5 μl, and the repellent rates were ( 89. 5 ± 1. 5)% at 5min and ( 66. 7 ± 4. 2)% at 20 min;Star anise leaf oil and Star areice oil displayed strong knockdown activity on female adults of Culex pipiens pallens when tested with fumigation at the concentration of 12 μl /L,and the KT50 of Star anise leaf oil was 5. 57 min,while the KT50 of Star areice oil was 5. 66 min. Conclusion Star areice oil and Star anise leaf oil held good bioactivity against the larvae and female adults Culex pipiens pallens,showing promising potential for further industrialized research and development.
