摘  要:目的了解茂名市中心城区白纹伊蚊的抗药性情况,为科学使用杀虫剂提供依据。方法在中心城区东、南、西、北、中方位外环境采集试虫,在实验室繁殖1~3代,按蚊虫抗药性检测方法(GB/T26347-2010)生物测定法对白纹伊蚊幼虫和成蚊进行测定。结果白纹伊蚊幼虫对右旋苯醚菊酯、四氟甲醚菊酯、Es-生物烯丙菊酯、右旋反式氯丙炔菊酯、倍硫磷、残杀威的抗性倍数分别为10.19、4.04、1.09、2.05、1.3、0.9,成蚊接触0.2%杀螟硫磷、0.1%溴氰菊酯药膜1h后,24h死亡率分别为94.12%、85.45%,可能产生了抗药性。结论白纹伊蚊对右旋苯醚菊酯、四氟甲醚菊酯、杀螟硫磷、溴氰菊酯已产生抗药性,需密切关注。Objective To understand the insecticide resistance situation of Aedes albopictus from central urban area of Maoming City,and provide reference for scientifically applying insecticides. Methods Mosquitoes collected in environment located at east, south,west,north and center of the city, and bred in lab for 1 to 3 generations. The larvae and adults were tested according to national standard“mosquito drug resistance test method: bioassay”( GB/T 26347 - 2010 ). Results Ae. albopictus larvae developed 10. 19,4. 04,1. 09,2. 05,1. 3 and 0. 9 folds resistance respectively to d-phenothrin,dimefluthrin,es-bioallethrin,dextral trans-permethrin, fenthion and propoxur. The adult mosquito mortalities in 24 hours were respectively 94. 12% and 85. 45% when contacted films treated with 0. 2% sumithion and 0. 1% deltamethrin for 1 hour, showing possible resistance. Conclusion Ae. albopictus population in central areas of Maoming City was resistant to d-phenothrin,dimefluthrin,sumithion and deltamethrin,and close attention should be paid on.
