摘 要:目的调查中国20个边境口岸蜱种分布情况。方法采用人工布旗法采集蜱。结果在中国5省20个边境口岸采获蜱3660只,计5属9种;其中黑龙江8个口岸3属4种,吉林6个口岸3属3种,内蒙3个口岸1属1种,新疆2个口岸2属2种,广西1个口岸2属2种。捕获的9蜱种,森林革蜱为优势蜱种,占43.88%;全沟硬蜱次之,占36.15%。不同口岸捕获蜱的种群及数量有所不同,其中吉林珲春口岸,占总数量的52.91%。结论为中国边境口岸蜱的种分布和蜱媒病的研究提供了参考依据。Objective To investigate the species distribution of ticks in 20 frontier ports of China. Methods Flannel dragging methods was employed to collect ticks on grass or shrubs. Results A total of 3 660 ticks ,belonging to 9 species in 5 genera,were collected. Four species in 3 genera were distributed in 8 ports of Heilongjiang,3 species in 3 genrea in 6 ports of Jilin,1 species in 3 ports of Neimeng,2 species in 2 genrea in 2 ports of Xinjiang,2 species in 2 genrea in 1 port of Guangxi. Among the 9 species of ticks captured,Dermacentor silvarum was the dominant species, accounting for 43. 88%;followed by Ixodes persulcatus, accounting for 36. 15%. The population and quantity of ticks captured at different ports were different,52. 91% from Hunchun Port in Jilin Province. Conclusion The investigation provides the basis for study on ticks species distribution and tick-vector disease by frontier ports of China.
