摘 要:列车牵引逆变器输出电能品质与牵引系统关键部件的工作状态紧密耦合。分析了牵引电机转子断条故障、电机定子匝间短路故障及逆变器IGBT开路故障状态下定子电流的特定谐波分量特性。针对定子电流故障特征,使用快速傅里叶变换(FFT)对故障特征进行识别,提取特定谐波分量,提出了以特定谐波分量含量与基波含量比值大小定位故障部件的故障诊断方法。搭建了牵引系统状态监测仿真模型,验证了提出的故障特征与故障诊断方法的正确性和有效性。The output power quality of the train traction inverter is closely coupled with the working state of the traction system key components. The specific harmonic components generated in the stator current after motor rotor broken bar faults, motor stator inter-turnshort faults, and inverters IGBT open circuit faults was analyzed. Aiming at the stator current fault characteristics, the fault characteristics were identified by fast Fourier transform(FFT), specific harmonic components was extracted, and then a fault diagnosis method that using the ratio of the specific harmonic component content to the fundamental wave content was proposed to locate faulty components. By setting up condition monitoring simulation model of traction system, the correctness and validity of the proposed fault characteristics and the fault diagnosis method were verified.
