摘 要:传统的单相整流器为升压变换模式,在低压应用场合,需要在整流器输出端增加额外的降压环节。双Buck单相整流器能够直接实现单级降压整流,同时具有功率解耦功能,能够实现对直流侧二次电压纹波的抑制。文章首先对传统整流器存在的二次功率耦合问题进行分析,然后围绕交错式双Buck整流器的工作原理及硬件参数设计展开研究。在此基础上,提出了基于单载波的交错式脉宽调制方法来简化控制器设计,最后通过试验对交错式双Buck单相整流器的单级降压整流、功率解耦和交错式脉宽调制功能进行了验证。The traditional single-phase rectification system is a boost system, so it requires an additional output buck link in low- voltage applications. The double buck rectifier can directly realize single-stage buck rectification, and has power decoupling function, which can suppress the secondary ripple in the DC side. Firstly, the problem of secondary power coupling in the traditional rectification system was analyzed, and then the working principle and hardware parameter design of the interleaved double buck rectifier were studied. On this basis, the interleaved pulse width modulation strategy based on single carrier was presented to simplify controller design. Finally, the single-stage buck rectification, power decoupling and interleaved pulse width modulation of the interleaved double buck sing-phase rectifier were verified by experiments.
