摘 要:针对独立轮对在轻轨车辆上的应用问题,研究了一种将行星差速器与下置车轴相结合的独立轮对结构,该结构可以提高独立轮对导向能力。通过对几种主流的轻轨车辆结构进行分析表明,合理的车辆结构型式可提高车辆的曲线通过性能,其中浮车型式的车体转向最为灵活,转向架可径向通过曲线,有利于减轻轮轨磨耗、降低噪声。同时对国内外低地板轻轨车辆的转向架型式研究发现,采用独立轮对转向架能轻易满足轻轨车辆的100%低地板率。仿真结果表明,采用主动控制方式的独立轮对,可以径向通过小半径曲线。Aiming at the application of independent wheelset in light rail vehicles, a new structure of independent wheelset, which combined planetary differential and lower axle, was studied. The structure could improve the steering ability of independent wheelset. Through the analysis of several mainstream LRV structures, it was shown that reasonable vehicle structure types could improve the curve passing performance of vehicles, among which the float type bogie steering was the most flexible and the bogie could cross the curve radially, which was conducive to reducing wheel-rail abrasion and noise. At the same time, the bogie types of low floor light rail vehicles at home and abroad were studied. It was found that the use of independent wheelset bogies could easily meet the 100% low floor rate of light rail vehicles. The simulation results showed that the independent wheelset with active control could pass through the small radius curve radially.
