摘  要:基于对机车整体车轮的应用情况的分析和对相控阵技术的研究,针对机车整体轮的结构特点与缺陷易发区域,采取实例分析与CIVA仿真相合的方式,验证相控阵超声技术在机车整体车轮探伤检测中的应用效果,给出机车整体轮轮辋与轮辐缺陷的检测方案,补充当前机车整体轮轮辐区域的探伤方法。Based on the analysis of the application situation of locomotive integral wheel and the research of phased array technology, aiming at the structural characteristics and defect-prone areas of locomotive integral wheel, the application effect of phased array ultrasonic technology in locomotive integral wheel flaw detection was verified by combining case analysis with CIVA simulation, and inspection scheme for defects of integral wheel rim of locomotive was provided, which supplemented method of flaw detection for locomotive intergral wheel rim.
