摘　　要：目的使用医院信息系统完善传染病疫情报告与管理,减少漏报、迟报、错报等现象的发生,提高工作效率与质量。方法通过医院信息系统,实现传染病诊断自动识别与拦截、报告卡自动生成、填报项目逻辑校验、报告卡内审管理、内外网互联互通一键上报、与传染病有关阳性检查结果自动反馈、具有统计与查询等功能等。结果传染病漏报率由12.7%下降至2.1%,迟报率由35.4%下降至5.4%,报卡合格率由54.3%上升至98.3%,以上3项指标差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。完成传染病卡填写和报告的时间缩短、流程简化,传染病报告核对、查询与统计效率提高。结论通过医院信息系统报告与管理传染病,可以从根本上杜绝迟报、漏报与错报的发生,提高报告质量,方便报告查询与统计分析,减轻了临床负担,做到了无纸化闭环管理,提高了工作效率。Objective To improve the report and management of epidemic situation of infectious diseases by using hospital information system,like reducing the occurrence of missing,late and false reports,so as to improve the efficiency and quality of work.Methods The hospital information system was used to realize the infectious disease diagnosis identified and intercepted automatically,the report cards generated automatically,report item logic checked,report cards audited and managed easily,and the internal and external network could be connected to each other,positive test results related to infectious diseases automatically feedback,and with infectious disease report statistics and query functions.Results The rate of missing reporting of infectious disease decreased from 12.7% to 2.1%,and the rate of late reporting decreased from 35.4% to 5.4%,and the rate of passed reporting increased from 54.3% to 98.3%,while the above three indicators were statistically significant(P<0.01).The time for completing and reporting of infectious disease card was shortened,and the process was simplified.The efficiencies of report checking,inquiring and counting were improved.Conclusion By using the hospital information system to report and manage infectious diseases,late reporting,misreport and misstatement are fundamentally reduced.The quality of reports is improved,the inquiry and statistical analysis of reports are facilitated,the clinical burden is lightened,paperless closed-loop management is achieved,and working efficiency is improved through this method.
