摘　　要：采用单元幕墙能使建筑整体更具艺术感,且能提高施工速度,进而有效缩减工期。然而,由于部分企业开发能力不足,造成不少单元式幕墙水密性能不合格,影响了该技术的进一步应用推广。对单元式幕墙防水构造设计的要点进行了简要说明,并对其防水原理作了综合分析,在此基础上对其防水构造设计的关键要点进行了研究。The application of unit curtain wall can make building more artistic and quick construction and shorten construction period.However,due to being short of development ability in some enterprises,a number of unit curtain walls are unqualified in waterproofing performance making its wide application not easy.The article briefs key points of unit curtain wall waterproofing construction design and analyses its waterproofing mechanism.
