摘　　要：采用问卷调查的方法,调查某医学院临床医学专业学生实习期间的疲劳与压力情况及相关影响因素。使用一般健康问卷(GHQ-12)、疲劳量表(FS-14)以及症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行调查。结果显示,70%的临床医学实习生承受着来自各方面的压力,同时也普遍存在着疲劳感。同时发现,临床医学实习生的压力源大多与心理健康因素显著相关,对其心理健康状况影响较大。A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the fatigue and stress of clinical medical students during their internship and related influencing factors. General health questionnaire (GHQ-12), fatigue scale (gf-14), and symptom self-assessment (scl-90) were used. The results showed that 70% of clinical medical interns were under pressure from all sides, and fatigue was also common. Most of the stress sources of clinical interns are significantly related to the inheritance of mental health, which has a great influence on the mental health of clinical interns.
