摘　　要：结合工程实际,对电子厂房高大框架柱一次施工成型的质量控制方法进行了研究。其中,着重从浇筑流程控制、模板体系加固、振捣设备、混凝土配合比及养护等方面进行质量控制措施制订及优化,并结合现场情况严格实施。结果显示:混凝土框架柱施工符合规范及工程要求,质量控制措施卓有成效。Combined with engineering practice, the construction quality control method of a one-time forming of tall and large frame columns in electronics factory building is studied. This paper focus on the formulation and optimization of quality control measures from the aspects of pouring process control, formwork system reinforcement, vibration equipment, concrete mix ratio, curing, etc., which are strictly implemented according to the site conditions. The results show that the construction of concrete frame columns meets the specifications and engineering requirements, and its quality control measures are highly effective.
