摘　　要：成立医疗药事管理内审组,采取随机抽样和有意选择相结合的方法确定追踪对象,针对重点病种进行追踪,设计追踪地图,采用提问、查看资料、现场考核等方法,对核心条款和关键环节进行审核.通过多次有组织、有计划的追踪检查,及时发现工作中存在的问题,促使临床医护人员更加关注患者感受,提升了工作质量,提高了患者满意度.The medical pharmacy management internal audit team was established, and a combination of random sampling and deliberate selection was adopted to determine the tracking participants for tracking the key diseases, designing the tracking map, and reviewing the terms and key sections by using methods of question, viewing data, on-site assessment, etc. Through many organized and planned follow-up inspections, problems in the work were discovered in time, which prompted the clinical medical staff to pay more attention to the patient's feelings, improved the quality of work and patient satisfaction.
