摘  要:滚动轴承套圈在设计、制造、安装等阶段,若其中某一因素或多项耦合因素质量控制不良,将会严重影响套圈的耐压能力。套圈耐压能力作为轴承正常合套过程中一项重要的控制因素,对轴承性能、质量、成品率至关重要。本文从原材料、显微组织和机械加工等三个方面入手,浅析GCr15轴承套圈耐压能力的影响因素,并列举了五个实际案例,依次对每个案例中样品不耐压的原因进行了具体的分析与评估。In the stages of design, manufacture and installation of rolling bearing rings, the poor quality control of one or more coupling factors will seriously affect the rings compression strength. The rings compression strength is an important control factor during the process of bearings normal assembly, and is crucial for bearing performance,quality and rate of finished products. In this paper, the influence factors affecting the compression strength of GCr15 bearing rings are analyzed from three aspects of raw materials, microstructure and mechanical processing, and five practical cases are listed, and the reasons why the samples do not withstand pressure in each case are analyzed and evaluated.
