摘　　要：简要论述智慧图书馆的功能特征,并分析智慧图书馆建设的政策制度、信息资源、技术支持及队伍建设等难题。基于规范性、开放性、共享性及智慧性的基本原则,提出智慧图书馆的建设路径,旨在促进智慧图书馆的建设发展。This paper briefly discusses the functional characteristics of smart libraries,and analyzes the problems of policy systems,information resources,technical support and team building in the construction of smart libraries.Based on the basic principles of standardization,openness,sharing and intelligence,the path of building a smart library is proposed in order to promote the construction and development of smart libraries.
