摘　　要：毛先舒《丧礼杂说》共一卷,凡三十一例,记载了清初期通行的丧葬礼俗。其包括丧葬仪节、丧服服制、服丧称谓、讣书书写及丧祭禁忌等规定,还保留了一些关于地方丧葬习俗的描述。《丧礼杂说》通过比较当世通行之礼与古礼仪节,分析了清初期所行丧葬之礼的得失。考察该书,对于认识清初的丧葬礼俗有着十分重要的意义。MaoXianshu’s Theories of Funeral Rites is a volume with 31 cases, which records the prevailing funeral customs in the early Qing dynasty. It includes five part,and also retains some descriptions of local funeral customs. Through the comparison of the prevailing rites and the ancient rites, the essay analyzes the gains and losses of the funeral rites in the early Qing dynasty. The investigation of the book is of great significance to understand the funeral customs in the early Qing dynasty.
