摘　　要：文章对一起变电站10kV母线失压故障过程中10kV电压存在异常的原因进行分析,确定了事故原因为二次回路设计错误及运维人员工作失误导致PT误并列,并对此提出防误措施。In this paper,the causes of an abnormal condition of 10 kV voltage in the process of 10kV bus voltage loss in substation are analyzed.The causes of the accident are confirmed to be the secondary circuit design error and the wrong PT juxtaposition caused by the operation error of the operation and maintenance personnel.The improvement measures are put forward.
