高职二级院系党建引领育人体系的探索与构建

摘　　要：高职二级院系党组织处于落实全面从严治党、教书育人工作的关键节点上,应当主动作为,担当责任.本文以浙江经贸职业技术学院R系为例,探索实践了红色成长积分制、一六六素质教育工程、导师制、启心工作室、跨专业综合实训等平台,构建了一个特色的党建引领育人体系.The Party organizations of the affiliated schools in higher vocational colleges are in the key points of implementing the work of comprehensively and strictly ruling the Party and educating people, and should take the initiative as the responsibility. Taking the R school of Zhejiang Institute of Economics and Trade as an example, this paper explores and practices the platforms of Red Growth Integral System, 166 Quality Education Project, Tutorial System, Kai-heart Studio, Cross-professional Comprehensive Training and so on, and constructs a characteristic Party building leading education system.
